The Southwest Michigan Artists’ Association (SMAA) is pleased to invite you to submit your application for the Spring 2013 ART HOP
The ART HOP will be held at:
Downtown Paw Paw
Area Merchants
April 19th, 2013
6 – 9pm
o Fee: $10 in lieu of commission to help pay for the of cost advertising
o Artists are to be present and available to art patrons to answer questions about their medium
o Artists will be responsible for their own sales the evening of the event
o Artists are to have their exhibit set up and ready for visitors promptly at 6pm
·Eligibility: Must be a SMAA member who has been approved to display art in any of their events.
·All applications must be in by March 18, 2013, accompanied by the requested $10 fee, and can either be dropped at the SMAA Gallery (One door north of the Carnegie Building) or mailed to SMAA Gallery Attn: ART HOP, 202 E. Michigan Ave, Paw Paw, MI 49079
·Exhibit areas will be assigned in advance. Space is limited so get your applications in as soon as possible to ensure a place.
·The exhibitor agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Southwest Michigan Artists’ Association and merchant venue from any loss arising from exhibitors, or from any lost/damaged items not taken after the event.
